Court & Victim Advocacy

Danielle can help through representation:

Abusers often isolate their victims, leaving them with virtually no support system at all. Attending court proceedings can be particularly daunting for crime/rape/domestic violence/molestation survivors, leaving them feeling intimidated and alone facing their abuser. Danielle attends hearings with clients and informs them about the process, acts as a support person, and helps them to process the outcome of the hearing afterward. She consults with them regarding programs for families and individuals, interviews family members for information and history, and prepares and keeps records and reports. She provides information or referrals to individuals and agencies for community services and public or private assistance. She also serves as a liaison between Client and Detectives and Deputy District Attorneys regarding each case. She has been through complete personal background check and fingerprinting.
